His work spans M&A integration, operational turnaround, and enterprise program execution—with a focus on precision, accountability, and measurable impact.As former Director of IT Portfolio and Strategy Management for a division of Mars Corporation, Norm led multi-country M&A integrations and operational conversions across Europe, including the acquisition and transformation of diagnostic reference laboratories in Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, and Switzerland.Over the course of his career, he has partnered with executive teams, boards, and investors to accelerate value creation—whether stabilizing underperforming assets, scaling emerging companies, or driving post-merger integration.
